Biography
[Edit]An MC collective based in Vancouver, Sweatshop Union was formed in 2000 by a trio of groups — Dirty Circus, I.B.S. (Innocent by Standers), and Creative Mindz — plus solo rapper Kyprios, who all wanted to cut costs and improve efficiency. They self-released their self-titled debut, then watched the buzz take over and earn the album a second release on Battle Axe, the label run by Mad Child from Swollen Members. ~ M.F.
