Biography
[Edit]Formed by arranger/producer and Los Angeles de Charly's accordionist William Watson, the tropical outfit Kumbiambé, led by singer Juan Pablo Quintero, debuted with the release of Cumbia con Amor, a ten-track record including seven previously unreleased songs produced in Mexico and mixed in Colombia. Originally issued in Argentina by DBN (Distribuidora Belgrano Norte), Cumbia con Amor started climbing Latin charts in the U.S. after Universal Latino released the album in March 2002.
