[Edit]

Mexican band Yndio emerged in the early '70s as part of a new wave of Latin outfits covering smooth and mellow songs popularized by major American artists. Oro Grupero is comprised of 14 tracks starting with their first hit, "Sin Tu Amor," followed by a Spanish-language version of the Righteous Brothers' "Unchained Melody." In addition, this collection covers "When I Need You"; "Me Haces Falta," composed by Albert Hammond and popularized by Leo Sayer in 1979; Electric Light Orchestra's classic "Telephone Line" ("Linea Telefonica"); Lobo's "I'd Love You to Want Me" ("Te Amo Necesariamente"); a well-arranged "Dame un Beso y Dime Adios," originally recorded by the Manhattans in 1976; and John Lennon's "Woman" ("Mujer").
