Skeeter fused country, pop, and even occasional girl-group sounds during her commercial peak in the early '60s, which found her at her most fetching and tuneful. This has twelve of her most successful recordings of the era, including the huge ballad "The End Of The World," which hit #2 on the pop charts in 1963, and Goffin/King's irresistible girl-group composition "I Can't Stay Mad At You," which reached the Top Ten the same year.
