Kisses On the Bottom: Complete Kisses

Kisses on the Bottom—Complete Kisses is an expanded version that was released exclusively on iTunes in November 2012. It features the original 14-track version of the album, four bonus tracks, and the complete iTunes—Live from Capitol Studios performance. The project features Paul McCartney singing through a catalog of songs from his parents’ generation, with Diana Krall’s band providing backing support. Naturally, McCartney the songwriter couldn’t resist throwing his hand into things and wrote two new originals—“My Valentine” and “Only Our Hearts”—for the album and invited Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder to play on a track apiece. Among the bonus tracks, Mel Tormé and Bob Wells’ “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)” became a mild Adult Contemporary hit. The live tracks from Feb. 9, 2012, include a number of previously unreleased tracks as well, including “It’s Only a Paper Moon,” “We Three (My Echo, My Shadow and Me),” “My Very Good Friend the Milkman,” and “My One and Only Love.”
