Michigan & Smiley are reggae's best toaster duo. Their voices are similar enough to make their unison lines flow, yet there is enough difference to make their separate verbal improvisations effective. There are some strident social and message tracks among the 10 on this album, including "Pass It To The Church," "The System," "Blackness Awareness" and "Give The Children A Helping Hand." "Here We Go Again" mixes political, comedic, and religious themes, while the title track, "A Who?" and "Queen Of The Minstrel" aren't quite as specific in their targeting, but are prime examples of their wordplay and slick blending of sung and spoken lines.
