[Edit]Historia Musical (Music History) became the most extensive collection of Los Angeles Azules' greatest hits, starting with their first smash, a song called "Como Te Voy a Olvidar." Latin label Disa decided to do credit to the band's 20th career anniversary, releasing a compilation of their most popular tropical and onda grupera songs, mainly Cumbias and romantic ballads, while Los Angeles Azules — led by Elías, José, and Jorge Mejía Avante — were touring the U.S. celebrating two decades of recordings and live performances.
