They may not have released very many albums during their first go-round (only two to be exact — 1988's Feel the Shake and 1990's Damned Nation), but Jetboy apparently had quite a few leftover tracks collecting dust in the vaults, as evidenced by the release of 1999's Lost & Found. Unlike most Sunset Strip glam bands of the '80s, Jetboy never committed to aligning themselves fully to either glitzy pop glam (à la Poison) or stripped-down gutter glam (à la Guns N' Roses). Instead, they appeared to embrace both styles equally, as evidenced by "Little Teaser," which represents the former description, and "In the Alley," which represents the latter description. And there's even a legitimate head-scratcher included, as Motörhead's Lemmy (a man who is perhaps the ultimate antithesis of glam rock) croaks his way through a spoken word reading, imaginatively titled "The Reading." Expectedly, Lost & Found is aimed at Jetboy diehards, interested in gathering every single crumb these glam slammers left behind.
