[Edit]This reissue from Fresh Sounds features a pair of LPs by vocalist Irene Kral, The Band and I and Steveireneo!, originally issued in 1958 and 1959 on United Artists. Highlights among the 24 tracks include "Lazy Afternoon," "The Night We Called It a Day," "I Let a Song Go Out of My Heart," and several penned by comedian/composer Steve Allen. Since a definitive compilation has not been issued, this is a decent set for casual listeners.
