[Edit]West Coast Locos compiles songs produced primarily by Don Cisco that feature the West Coast Chicano rapper and many of his affiliates. The album includes a remix of his breakthrough hit, "Oh Boy," which had appeared on his previous release of the same name for Thump records. Unfortunately, due to the numerous guest appearances, West Coast Locos often seems as if it's a compilation album. Though this practice had somewhat become the norm in rap music circa 2001, the myriad guests take away from the album since they aren't as impressive as Cisco himself.
