Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence explore three distinctly different sides of house music—with some help from Al Green—on this quick EP. They sample the soul legend’s “I’m Still in Love With You” on “Feel Like I Do,” stitching together a beautifully chill track that swings on a rushed snare, and then bring a Loft-style disco-house vibe to “Moog for Love” with friend Eats Everything. “Boss” thrums with pure house energy: crackin’ drums; warm pads; warped and filtered vocals; and a bassline so rubbery and funky that it practically guarantees minds will be lost on the dance floor.
