[Edit]Burst is the debut album from this unique Belgian heavy rock band who combine elements of post-rock, mathcore, and black metal into a heady, vicious stew. Already making waves around Europe, the band is fronted by singing drummer Stefanie Mannaerts, who brilliantly balances both harsh and clean vocals with brutal tub-thumping, complex rhythms and blastbeats. The album was tracked at Rain City Recorders in Vancouver by Jesse Gander (White Lung, Japandroids). ~ John D. Buchanan, Rovi
