[Edit]

A longstanding R&B superstar, Brian McKnight released his first album back in 1992, and has been cranking them out, while topping the charts and racking up numerous awards ever since. Just Me is his fourteenth solo record, and finds the multi-instrumentalist crooner in fine form, with a double-length, 40-track collection broken into two parts. The first set is ten brand-new studio joints (check out "Temptation" featuring his son Brian McKnight Jr. and the piano-laced "Just Lemme Know"), while the second half features many of his classic hits, recorded live at the Avalon in Los Angeles. Loyal fans will be psyched for signature singles like "Anytime," "Back At One," and "Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda," plus some great cover versions of MJ's "Rock With You, Stevie's "Overjoyed," and a rousing version of "Gonna Fly Now," the theme from Rocky.
