[Edit]This compilation from Banda Sinaloense el Recodo de Don Cruz Lizárraga is actually a shortened version of the double-disc 25 Exitos in Fonovisa's Iconos series, issued in 2012. Though this set may not go quite as deep, there are two reasons it may be preferential: first, it contains a solid listing of hits as well as choice catalog tracks. Second, because it's a single disc, it is appreciably less expensive than its predecessor. It's true that there are numerous hits compilations by Banda Sinaloense el Recodo, but several of them contain filler. 20 Kilates does not, making it a decent mix set for longtime fans or a solid introduction for the newcomer.
