[Edit]In the nine projects that altoist Arthur Blythe recorded for Columbia during 1978-87, he avoided performing inferior commercial material, except on this occasion. Blythe's musical personality is unfortunately somewhat lost during this misfire with the synthesizers and drum machines of Todd Cochran being the dominant voice. It is to Blythe's credit that this was the only weak set of his Columbia period, and fortunately this dud has not been reissued on CD.
