[Edit]After the 34-cut double-disc Essential Alan Parsons Project set in February of 2007 and the subsequent expanded remastered reissues of all nine of the APP individual albums, what was left to do? A single disc best-of, and that's what this is. It's shame there isn't more to say about it than that. It has the hits, 12 of them to be exact, and all of them indisputable choices. Add to this that it sells for a budget price, and it may be perfect for the casual listener. One does have to wonder if that casual listener shelled out about 20-plus dollars for the double set at the time, though.
